What is the cancellation policy for Mama Shelter ?

Flexible rate reservations can be cancelled without charge up to 48 hours before check-in before midday local time. In the event of late cancellation notification, a full night rate will be charged.

What time is the check in at Mama Shelter ?

You are able to check in after 15:00.
We do not offer an early check-in.

Do you accept kids at Mama Shelter ?

Children are welcome.
We don't offer a kids club.
We are sorry, but we don't have a fun zone.
Children under 18 must always be accompanied by their family or legal guardians.

Our accessible rooms are equipped with roll-in showers.
At the end of the reservation form there will be a “special request” box make sure to mention that you need an accessible room and we will take care of the rest.
